"I started my PhD project about autosomal dominant polycystic liver disease (PCLD) in October 2010.
PCLD is caused by a mutation in the PRKCSH or SEC63 gene in 25% of the cases. Our aim is to
identify causative genes in the remaining 75% of PCLD patients for a better understanding of this pathology."
