"I staretd as a PHD student within the Genomic Disorders group in September 2009. The main focus of this project is structural variation and platform comparision. Ongoing studies include both whole exome sequencing and high resolution array data. We work on developing a method to generate a comprehencive overview of genetic variantion in an individual. An other project in which I'm involved is the automation of array analysis in diagnostics."
