"Since april 2007, I have been involved in the AnEUploidy project. Withing this study
I am working on the identification of novel microdeletion and microduplication syndromes
and their underlying genetic defects. In addition, I am collecting the phenotypes and
DNA samples of patients with a partial chromosome 21 aberration, to establish a
genotype-phenotype map of this chromosome. Furthermore, we aim to find the genetic
cause for several clinically defined syndromes. Therefore, I have been collecting the
clinical details and DNA samples of large dcohorts of these syndromic patients."
